TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment.
  • Dates are blocked on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No tentative bookings will be held without payment (bank hit only).

2. Payment Terms (Strict)

  • 50% advance at booking.
  • Remaining 50% must be cleared before service begins:
    • Before buffet setup OR
    • Before the dispatch of the delivery
  • TPK reserves the right to:
    • Withhold or delay service
    • Cancel execution without refund
  • Only confirmed payments (bank hit) are valid.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable.
  • Applicable in all cases:
    • Cancellation
    • Guest reduction
    • Event postponement
    • Personal or unavoidable situations

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • One-time rescheduling allowed if:
    • Requested a minimum of 5 days prior
    • Subject to availability
  • Revised pricing may apply.

5. Guest Count & Minimum Guarantee

  • Final guest count to be shared 48 hours prior.
  • Billing will be based on:
    • Final committed count OR
    • Actual attendance (whichever is higher)
  • Minimum guarantee applies once confirmed — no reductions allowed.

6. Per Plate Variation Clause

  • If the actual guest count exceeds the confirmed count:
    • Additional plates will be charged at the standard or premium rates (10–20% higher).
  • Availability of extra food is subject to stock and operational feasibility.

7. Menu Finalisation

  • The menu must be locked 72 hours before the event.
  • No last-minute changes.
  • TPK can substitute items due to unavailability without prior notice (same value items).

8. Service Scope & Setup Requirements

  • TPK will provide agreed services (delivery/buffet/live counters).
  • Client must ensure:
    • Clean and safe setup space
    • Electricity & water access
    • Required permissions (venue approvals)

9. Service Duration & Overtime

  • Buffet service: 3–4 hours standard
  • Overtime charges are applicable per hour.
  • A delay in event start on the client side does not extend service time.

10. Venue Delay / Waiting Charges

  • If the TPK team is made to wait due to
    • Venue delay
    • Client delay
  • Additional waiting charges will apply.

11. Transportation & Logistics

  • Transportation charges depend on:
    • Distance
    • Load size
    • Timing (late night / early morning)
  • Porter/logistics costs will be billed separately if applicable.

12. Parking & Entry

  • Client must arrange the following:
    • Parking for delivery vehicles
    • Smooth entry for staff
  • Any extra charges (entry fees, valet, etc.) are to be borne by the client.

13. Equipment Responsibility

  • All buffet equipment, chafing dishes, and utensils remain TPK property.
  • Any loss/damage due to guests/venue will be fully chargeable.

14. Leftover Food Policy

  • Leftover food can be handed over upon request.
  • TPK is not responsible for food quality after handover.

15. Food Safety & Hygiene

  • TPK maintains high hygiene standards.
  • Once food is delivered or service begins, liability transfers to the client.

16. Staff Behaviour & Safety

  • Client must ensure a safe and respectful environment for TPK staff.
  • Any misconduct or unsafe conditions:
    • TPK reserves the right to stop service immediately
    • No refund applicable

17. Alcohol Policy

  • If alcohol is served at the event:
    • TPK holds no responsibility for guest behavior or incidents.
  • Any damage caused under the influence will be charged to the client.

18. Force Majeure

  • No liability for:
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Strikes, riots, pandemics, etc.

19. Pricing Clause

  • Prices may change based on:
    • Market fluctuations
    • Ingredient cost changes
  • The final agreed quote will be honoured only after booking confirmation.

20. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes will fall under the Bangalore jurisdiction.

21. Agreement Acceptance

  • Payment confirms full acceptance of all terms & conditions.
